1. Business Policy
Tawroh Belts offers products for sale on and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the "end consumers".
2. Service Availability
We ship worldwide all the products without restrictions. For all EU countries we have free shipping. However for non EU countries we charge fee from 5 eur - 10 eur per order. We reserve the right to increase the cost of shipping, if the order is much higher than average. Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days within EU and up to 10 days outside of EU.
The goods will be delivered solely by UPS, Deutsche post, Slovenian Post, DHL or Fedex. Laprom d.o.o. will bear the risk of transport to the customer.
The goods will approximately be ready for shipment on the day following your order. Unless anything different is agreed, the delivery will be made from the warehouse to the delivery address given by the customer. Please note that the customer will be charged with all import taxes, customs duties and handling charges that are different in each country
3. Return the goods
You may return the goods received within two weeks, without giving any reasons, simply by sending them back. This period will begin on the day after you receive the goods.
We request that the demand to return the goods should be submitted in writing,e.g. by letter or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you want to exchange the your item, please writte write us an email or letter with your invoice number and your new belt choice (RE: Exchange or return) on to email@example.com.

When After we have received the returned item, we will send you a new one or you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our Returns Policy. You also can also get a voucher and to buy a new item latterlater.
4. Products information
The goods offered under are presented in the form of digital photographs of the actual products.
Minor differences between this presentation and how the goods really appear do not constitute a defect in the goods ordered.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that products shown on may no longer be available at the time of the customer’s visit and that the relevant prices might have changed.
5. Price And Payment
The price payable for the Products shall be as shown on the Website. Prices advertised on the Website include VAT but excludes delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in advance.
Payment shall be made by you by the means specified on the Website and shall not be deemed to be made until We have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in the order.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, We will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, We will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after We have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a miss-pricing.
Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard. We also accept payments via PayPal and manual payment.
MANUAL PAYMENT - send us all your personal information and desired items on our mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Then we send you invoice which you can pay at your bank or post office.
When useing promo codes, only one promotion code can be used per order.
We offer you 1 year warranty to all products, except for consumables. Customer is obligated to use the products properly to claim warranty. Warranty period will begin on the day you receive the goods.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia and irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian Courts.
